The Fox Goes Free has long enjoyed a great reputation for pub cuisine, locally sourced delicious real ales and hand picked fine wine. You can dine in seven different areas, including our stunning garden. Enjoy home cooked bar meals and our daily changing a la carte menu with seasonal specials.
At the Fox Goes Free we make everything in our kitchens, from our homemade chips, breads and ice cream, the Chefs prepare everything to the highest quality.
Wherever possible our head chef Brendan Kirwan, will source local ingredients & farm fresh produce to create menus inspired by the seasons. He has always been passionate about preparing fantastic food.
On a Sunday the Fox Goes Free offers our very popular Roast menu which always includes four different meats for you to choose from, along with delicious roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire puddings, seasonal vegetables and the best homemade gravy around!
